Founder Partner
Imran Ahmad Khan is a Chartered accountant from PWC and a fellow member of ICAP (CA Pakistan) with over 28 years of experience as a senior finance professional. Imran has a proven track record of working as financial controller in multinationals in agriculture and oil and gas sectors for 8 years and 20 years of experience in audit firm.
Imran’s expertise includes providing corporate structuring, tax management and transaction advisory services. He has also vast experience of specialized engagements like media audits, JV audits and forensic assignments. Imran has been providing services in oil & gas, power, fast food and real estate sectors. He has also worked as consultant in public sector providing extensive financial services to the Government of Pakistan in Power sector reforms. During his tenure with PWC, Imran has worked across multiple industries such as banks, cement, textile and paints.

Imran Mansoor is a Chartered accountant from PWC and a fellow member of ICAP (CA Pakistan) with over 25 years of experience as a senior finance professional. Imran has a proven track record of providing financial stewardship within multinational companies across Pakistan and USA as Chief financial officer.
Imran’s expertise includes developing successful business strategies, financial management and planning, profitability optimization, cash flow and working capital management, setting up new operations including e-commerce, design and implementation of robust internal controls, project feasibilities, investment analysis, effective tax planning, and Oracle & SAP S4 Hana ERP implementations. During his tenure with PWC, Imran has worked across multiple industries such as automobile, packaging, fertilizer, energy, textile, cement, and banking.
