Founding Partner
Imran Ahmad Khan is a Chartered Accountant and fellow member of ICAP (CA Pakistan), trained at PwC, with a distinguished career spanning over 28 years in senior finance roles. He brings a unique blend of 20 years of experience in public practice with 8 years in multinational corporations, where he served as a Financial Controller in the agriculture and oil & gas industries.
His areas of specialization include corporate structuring, tax advisory, and transaction services. Imran has led specialized engagements such as forensic investigations, joint venture audits, and media audits, serving clients across sectors including energy, fast food, real estate, and financial services. He has also acted as a consultant for the Government of Pakistan, contributing significantly to reforms in the power sector. During his time at PwC, he gained cross-industry exposure in banking, cement, textiles, and paints.
Founding Partner
Imran Mansoor is a Chartered accountant from PWC and a fellow member of ICAP (CA Pakistan) with over 25 years of experience as a senior finance professional. Imran has a proven track record of providing financial stewardship within multinational companies across Pakistan and USA as Chief financial officer.
Imran’s expertise includes developing successful business strategies, financial management and planning, profitability optimization, cash flow and working capital management, setting up new operations including e-commerce, design and implementation of robust internal controls, project feasibilities, investment analysis, effective tax planning, and Oracle & SAP S4 Hana ERP implementations. During his tenure with PWC, Imran has worked across multiple industries such as automobile, packaging, fertilizer, energy, textile, cement, and banking.
